My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though they didn't quite match the pictures I saw on the booking site. My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was terrific, right by the 880 that I needed to reach Hayward, with a nice selection of restaurants in the area. The rooms were very noisy at first in a sunny and upbeat hallway filled with windows but I was able to switch to a quieter room without the mold smell. The service was helpful, especially Esperanza, but could be more welcoming and knowledgeable about local sights. The dining experience was very good with a variety of hot food for breakfast, but the usual options could get repetitive. The facilities were decent, but there were some noise and odor issues to be aware of.
